Badgett Corporation (hereafter referred to as “The Company”, being AS9100 certified, makes the following Terms and Conditions applicable to every purchase order for raw material (bar stock) and services (outside processes).
The supplier agrees to notify The Company as soon as the supplier becomes aware that they may have supplied non-conforming product to The Company. The supplier further agrees to quickly resolve the non-conformance to the satisfaction of The Company.
The supplier agrees to notify The Company of any changes in product and/or process and, when required, obtain approval from The Company before making any changes.
The supplier agrees to grant The Company, their customers, and/or any regulatory authorities, access to all facilities involved in the order and to all applicable records.
The supplier also agrees to flow down to sub-tier suppliers all applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics when specified.
